The OCSEF Scientific Review Committee or SRC is set up by the OCSEF to help students comply with an established body of rules for scientific experimentation. The goal of these rules is to protect the researcher, the subjects involved in research, and the community where the research takes place.
Submitting your project to the SRC does not guarantee your acceptance into the OCSEF or ISEF, but you must obtain SRC pre-approval for your project in order to enter the science fair competition. We strongly recommend you submit your project for review in order to protect everyone involved.
